Japanese Radish Salad

Ingredients:

Nori strips

Wakame

Half a Japanese radish

Sesame seed dressing

1.  Peel and cut the radish into coins.  Then, cut them into strips. Japanese radish is very different tasting.  It isn’t as crunchy or bitter.

2.  Soak the wakame in hot water for 2 minutes or cold water for 5 minutes.

3.  Mix the wakame and radish together. Use nori and dressing as you like.
